Bone-in Pork Chop with the Pork Belly still attached.
- 2 Caveman Pork Chops Exclusive to Moody's
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Season to Taste I used St. Elmo's, it was great
Let chops come to room temperature
Pre-heat your grill - high temp
Rub chops on both sides with vegetable oil then sprinkle on the seasoning
Grill over high temperature on one side allowing the flames to flare (this helps to burn off the belly fat). For a 1 inch chop, about 3 minutes per side (flip chops when you have good grill marks and before the fat begins to char). The inside temp should be about 145 degrees.
Let the chops rest and then devour!
