Pulled Pork 

Pulled Pork

  • 1 whole pork shoulder
  • 6-8 garlic cloves
  • Water
  • ¼ C liquid smoke
  • Salt & pepper----Lots
  1. With a small knife, insert slivers of sliced garlic all over the shoulder
  2. Place the shoulder in a Dutch oven and add water to half way up the shoulder, add the liquid smoke
  3. Salt and pepper the hell out of it!!!
  4. Place in oven at 350 or slow cooker for 5 plus hours or crock pot all day
  5. Rotate shoulder every hours
  6. Cook with lid on for at least ½ the cooking time
  7. Shred meat with 2 forks
