About Chef Whetstone

Patrick Whetstone is a Warsaw, Indiana, native who cut his teeth at Bistro Alago in his hometown by starting work bussing tables on his 16th birthday, moving on to dishing and – lucky for us – learning to cook. Whetstone graduated from Johnson and Wales University in North Miami, Florida, and opened David Bouley’s Evolution inside the Ritz-Carlton in South Beach before making his way back to Indiana. With a new family and extreme passion for food, this has played a significant role in the overall experience of those on the receiving end of his culinary artistry.
