The Ladoga State Inspected processing facility is the mother ship of Moody Meats. Opening in the late ‘50s Under the name of Young Brothers meats and being purchased by Adam & Lucy Moody in 2000 the Ladoga facility has undergone many renovations and innovations and remains a landmark business in the community.
Operating with 10 employees and sporting a retail meat case Tuesday through Saturday, the Ladoga facility processes beef, pork, lamb, chicken, rabbit and houses state of the art smoking equipment.
