SHOULDER STEAK

These steaks are cut from the pork shoulder and are excellent on the grill or in the oven. A quick meal, these cook in fewer than twenty minutes!

SHOULDER ROAST

Excellent for pulled pork BBQ. Very well marbled for added moisture. Untrimmed a pork shoulder does well in a smoker, too.

BONELESS COUNTRY-STYLE RIBS

Boneless and cut into nice serving size pieces these ribs tend to be a bit leaner. They can be baked, grilled or even cooked all day in the crock pot.

BONELESS PORK LOIN

This boneless roast is lean and tender. Can be baked, roasted or grilled. An excellent choice for entertaining.

PORK “CATFISH” TENDERLOIN

This elegant cut of pork is very small. Consisting of just the dark meat of the tenderloin, it is very tender and flavorful. A gourmet dish for two.

LOIN-END ROAST

This roast, sometimes referred to as the pork butt roast, is flavorful and tender. Perfectly suited for pulled or barbecue pork.

BONE-IN PORK CHOP

These bone-in chops are lean and excellent for baking or grilling. We offer thin and thick chops. We’d be happy to cut a pouch in your thick chop for our stuffed pork chop recipe!

BONELESS PORK CHOP

These chops are cut from the tenderloin and are lean and tender. These can be butterflied or tenderized for a great tenderloin sandwich!

PORK MEDALLION

Bacon wrapped 1 ¼ inch pork loin pieces. Very nice grilled or baked.

BACK RIBS

Also known as “baby back ribs,” these meaty ribs are a best seller at Moody Meats.

SPARE RIBS

These lean ribs are great on the grill with barbecue sauce.

FRESH SIDE

Side meat trimmed from the belly not cured and not smoked.  Is wonderful dipped in flour with a little salt and pepper and fried in oil.

FRESH HAM

This Large roast is lean and tender and is used for pulled pork and barbeque pork as well. Wonderful for serving a large group. This is not the same as smoked ham!
