Hickory smoked, sold whole, halved, or in ham steaks cut to order.

Ham chunks and ground ham are available frozen in one pound packages.

 

BACON

Our Bacon is platter-style, thick sliced and hickory smoked.

We also have a version of this bacon that has been smoked a second time for an extra smokey flavor.
