We have a great variety of sausages in our shops every week. Our links are hand stuffed and hand twisted using natural casings. Don’t see the sausage you are looking for?  Just ask and we will develop a recipe and have a delicious sausage in a short time.

BRATWURST

Sheboygan style with just the right amount of seasoning to call it a great Brat

SWEET AND HOT ITALIAN

Both are a nice change for a cookout, and great in pasta dishes.

ANDOUILLE

This hot Cajun link is a nice addition to soups and stews.

CHORIZO

Mexican seasonings with just a little bite. This sausage is great with scrambled eggs and salsa rolled in tortilla. Don’t forget the cheese!

A southern flavor that is excellent topped with maple syrup.

ORIGINAL YOUNG BROTHERS SALT AND PEPPER SAUSAGE

Fresh ground pork seasoned with salt and black pepper. Great for breakfast with gravy or as a patty. We’ll add sage and red pepper on request.

LAMB BANGERS

Ground lamb, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper stuffed into a link. Lamb bangers are a great way to introduce your family to lamb.

CHICKEN SAUSAGES

We now have several lowfat sausages made from chicken.  BBQ, Garlic-Rosemary, and a breakfast sausage.
